David Risk, is an outstanding litigator and now someone in whom I consider a good friend. Dave's ability to be several moves ahead on the proverbial legal chess board was obvious. Not only did I find Dave highly professional with his understanding of the law and legal procedure, but I found him to be fluid in his ability to be professional one moment and yet relate to me on the level of my understanding. He was always clear about where I stood in my particular situation and always responded to my questions quickly to help bring clarity to my thinking so that I could make wise and prudent choices. Lucas Dawson Is The number one attorney to take on the toughest cases that seem impossible. Lucas took on my case after being told there was no hope of fighting Child Protection for my 2 grandsons. She Dominated the court room every hearing and made me feel like I had a fighting chance from the start. I was proud to walk in there knowing I had the best possible defense in the State. When my son was arrested while in college, and I had no idea where to turn to help him, a friend suggested Halberg Criminal Defense.
