There have been very few times in my life that i have been truthfully scared, and one of those times was when i got wrongly accused of a crime. I cannot thank Christina Zauhar enough for making me feel so at ease. She knew exactly what to say and how to say it. The prosecutor kept trying to scare me and getting me to agree to a plea deal. Christina advised me on what could happen if I accepted a deal or if I did not accept the deal and told me no matter what I chose to do she would be there to help me either way. I decided not to accept the deal because i had done nothing wrong and we decided to take it to trial. The day before trial I got a voicemail from the prosecutor saying that they would not be showing up because they had no case against me. Thank you again Christina and everyone else at Halberg Criminal Defense for making one of the worst times in my life feel not as bad

A family member struggling with addiction needed representation. I asked friend whose husband is a cop who he least liked to see on the other side. The answer was unequivocal: Halberg Defense. She was able to negotiate plea deals much more favorable to my loved one than any court appointed representative would have had the time and energy to achieve. Worth every dollar

Hands down the best experience in a bad situation. Dave Risk was my attorney for all 6 of my dwis from the age of 17-25. Always put my needs first, Walked me through every step of what was to be expected. Honest man and always made sure I understood what was going on. Very personable, professional. Makes you feel safe while going through the legal system. He actually cares about you, takes the time to get to know you.This man will go the extra mile for you, I know because he did it for me. Now I can only speak on my experience with Dave Risk as far as personal level, but I would trust anyone at that law firm with any legal advise because of my experience with Dave. David Risk was exactly what you want in an attorney... professional, factual and understanding. If you ever find yourself or your family in need of an attorney, I would turn to David. We felt we were in good, caring hands... even though in the end, he actually told us we really didn't need his or any attorney's services. Honesty as well! How refreshing.
