I never imagined ever getting divorced, not something I ever wanted to go through, the unknowns of the legal aspect was stressful. I didn’t know where to turn. But finding and working with Allen Peterson through that stressful part of my life made a terrible situation bearable. Allen was professional, personable and always had great legal advice. He was always quick to respond and Never made me feel like I was just another dollar. He had my back and truly worked hard to ensure a positive outcome. I could see the sincerity he had with each meeting. A special thank you to the entire Ed Shaw law office, especially Allen Peterson for everything you did to ensure a good outcome! My two boys thank you too, I am very blessed to have all the time in the world with them. I have read through your reviews and the majority of them are very positive! But the few bad ones I read are wrong, I ask those that read through them recognize that some people can just be negative, I got the feeling that everyone at Ed Shaw truly care, Especially Allen! He was very kind and helpful while we were dealing with a stressful situation with a very nasty landlord. Once he got involved, they decided to back off. I can’t thank him and his team enough. He was very responsive and very knowledgeable during this entire period. I am happy with the services he provided. I had Allen Peterson. My outcome ended up being what we both deemed (at first) would have been the best outcome and to sign the plea. However I recommend with a lawyer you have EVERYTHING he says written down, documented, or recorded. I ended up getting another charge shortly after this because Allen (in person) led me to believe I woyld not loose some rights, which i ended up loosing. But it was never written down or documented so he is able to say it's all my fault and drop me. I would also recommend FULLY reading and understanding retainer agreements and if any questions asking. I think Allen's could be a little more in depth after reading a couple more lawyers agreements. I will say Allen didn't seem to be a bad guy. He was fairly quick at getting charges dropped. However I do believe his keeping the client updated was a little lacking.

First of all, I highly recommend the Ed Shaw Law firm, and I wouldn’t go to any other person for legal advice! I recently needed guidance with opening a new LLC business, and Ed and his staff were all professionals. I am now sure that my business is set up correctly and that I can proceed with confidence.

Ed Shaw is an amazing attorney, and I am highly pleased with his service. He conducted himself professionally, he stayed focused, and to the point, yet he was pleasing to work with.
