Ed Shaw had been a great attorney for me over the years. He and his staff are very informative of the law and have answered all my questions and promptly came up with a course of action to pursue all of my cases. His staff have always been very helpful and friendly and always willing to help. I have talked with and worked with many on his staff, all have been great. Cathy is the name that's stands out in my mind, she was always helpful and expedient about getting information to Ed and quickly responding back to me. Ed has always made himself available to me, even after hours he has called me back to answer question that I had left for him when he was out of the office. All my cases that Ed has been involved with for me have had a positive outcome, and that's the reason I will continue to call on Ed for any needs in the future. I hired Ed to help me get a tenant to vacate my rental property. We were shut down initially, but we appealed and we were able to workout a solution. Ed's expertise and diplomatic conduct helped get the problem solved, where both the tenant and myself were satisfied with the outcome. satisfied. Child support/custody case here. this law firm is amazing. Ed’s entire team is phenomenal. Hannah is articulate and very influential and informative about everything she finished my case and did an amazing job and went above and beyond and I am grateful for her. If it weren’t for this law firm I don’t know where I’d be, my case was mainly custody and I wanted to focus on that primarily due to my daughters fathers past abuse and her custody went up in the air because when she was born we were NOT married and that frightened me, Ed was understanding about concerns and started my paper work immediately. The process of it was painless and I honestly didn’t think I even did much. One thing in particular I think his team went above and beyond was when that I needed a document signed and filed before a certain time the day of and his assistant drove to my home and brought the paperwork for me to sign, I had no car and my girls were sick. That was everything and I am entirely grateful for this firm. All of them are welcoming and it’s a very positive atmosphere there. I highly recommend!
