Merlyn Meinerts was my family law attorney from 2014 through 2017 in a complicated family law/custody case. Merlyn achieved the results I wanted with his hard work and efforts. His staff is also incredible and very responsive. I always got my questions answered in a very timely fashion and both Merlyn and his staff were always kind and respectful towards me even on the toughest of days. I would recommend Merlyn Meinerts to anyone with a family law case. His experience and knowledge are top notch. He works well with the court staff and does the little things right to get the results that are favorable for his clients.

Merlyn Meinerts was the best lawyer I have ever worked with. He was patient and helpful to me as I worked through the emotional part of the divorce. He always helped me focus on the objective and logical part of this process. He has an eye for detail, does his homework and when you are dealing with kids and the broken relationship, financial issues - he is focused on getting you through the process efficiently and fairly. NOBODY wants to go through a divorce, but if you have to - Merlyn Meinerts is who you want representing you.

My ex wife and I have a fairly amicable relationship but once in a while need the help of a mediator. This mediator was on a list that we happen to choose from. I generally don't take the time to write feedback but both my ex and I feel it is necessary in this case to try and warn others. We DO NOT recommend Dana McKenzie. Her lack of professionalism has put our family in a worse situation that we could have imagined. She ruled on things that weren't even issues and didn't rule on things that were. She wrote orders that were so off base after waiting months for any kind of response. This has been costly to both my ex and I with no value. We will be jointly seeking a new mediator but for those of you that don't have as amicable of relationship with your ex, this could be even more detrimental.

Dana was the most unprofessional attorney I've ever had The Misfortune of having to deal with. She would not listen or review appropriate documentation. She would not respond for months and then after pressing her for resolve would make a snap judgment contradicting her own orders. When you confront her on it she changes the order again and gives excuses. Juvenile behavior and overall extremely unprofessional. All the while billable!

I am always careful in what I say about people , so this review is very genuine and every word is true.?instead of listening and reviewing the information submitted to her, Dana just waits to give her opinion . She contradicts herself . She is very slow to respond and this sometimes takes months together . The review is not my intention to bash her, just want to warn other people going through the same agony , as I did.
