I was very happy with the excellent ,caring and quick service provided to me from Meinerts team!

Mr Meinerts and staff were awesome, very responsive and knowledgeable!

From the bottom of my heart please save your time and money do not hire them. I hired them for a child custody case and they decided to withdrawal a week before my hearing communication was very hard with them. They charge for each phone call and email they send or you send them about 300 for each and never listen to what you have to say. They side with the other party and don't fight for what you want they want to obligate you to come to terms with the other party even if it is not in your best interest. They don't care to represent you or bother to use any evidence you have to present.

Mr Meinerts has provided excellent, thoughtful and thorough support through a very difficult situation involving child visitations. His assistant Stephanie has also been extremely helpful and both have readily been available to navigate a very tough situation. Merlyn is clearly very experienced, knowledgeable, honest and realistic. There have been multiple situations requiring immediate help and he has been available and guided us through every step. We strongly appreciate his professional assistance and we highly recommend him.

Merlyn has been fantastic dealing with a difficult case. He was recommended and I’m happy with my decision to have him represent me and my family. He promptly gets back to me via email and calls. He is very reliable and shows great professionalism and interest. I could not do this if it weren’t for Merlyn and Stephanie. HORRIBLE ATTORNEY ! Merlyn Meinerts is currently is aiding my sons mom in alienation and is aiding them in breaking a legal parenting schedule which grants me time with my son. He had poor responce times to emails and, he took it upon himself to appoint himself as our parenting consultant when he was NOT court appointed as our parenting consultant. The emails i have from him show no level of understanding and, they clearly show a lack of negotiation skills. If you want an attonrey that does not listen to the other party and is not able to get both parties a resolution to matters, this attorney will be happy to charge you for MANY hours at a high hourly rate and say the other party did not cooperate when all items were clearly in the best intrest of both parties. I currently have a complaint form filled out with the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility due to his conduct as a professional lawyer.

Merlyn has represented me a few times over the years and he has always been professional, knowledgeable and honest every step of the way. I have felt like my wants/needs were being listened to and represented to the courts in the best way possible. Both Merlyn and Stephanie were responsive and answered any questions I had throughout the process. They made me feel at ease when going through a very difficult time. I would highly recommend Merlyn and his team!!

Not a fan. He was COMPLETELY unprofessional during our last mediation (acting completely annoyed that we brought our business to him) and even though it was me who made almost all gains in my decree with my ex wife during this negotiation, it goes to show how poorly he advocated for the male ex-spouse in prior mediations. At one time, he neglected to convey our required terms for an agreement and it cost me a ridiculous PICS share which will cost me thousands over the 2 years of this contract before I re-mediate with a DIFFERENT mediator. He then became incredibly short and irritated and acted like a child when I called him on his mistake. My advice - find a person with a passion for the work, not some arrogant lawyer that thinks he's doing YOU a favor by performing your mediation. You can do better, regardless of which side you are on.

Knowledgeable attorney and friendly staff

I cannot recommend Merlyn Meinerts enough. Divorce is an emotional and complicated process that no one wants to go through, but he helped me navigate the process with extreme professionalism. He kept conversations focused in order to maximize value to me and charged a very reasonable retainer. Both he and his associate were extremely responsive and I was able to finalize my divorce in record time. He certainly knows this area of law and you will feel well taken care of, protected and in good hands from start to finish.
