Bottom line is that Dave did a great job for our family. Dave listened to our position and what we wanted to achieve. Having never dealt with the legal/justice system previously, Dave guided us through what we could expect and help set expectations regarding the resolution of our case. Dave's expertise showed as he was able to achieve the best possible result of our case. No hesitation reaching back out to Dave should the we ever need legal representation again.

One of the only good things about my legal ordeal was that I met Attorney Dave Schultz. He truly is much more than just a lawyer. First and foremost he’s a humble human being, who just happens to know the law, that sincerely wants to help people. Unlike other attorneys I spoke with, Dave didn’t use unscrupulous tactics to take advantage of my vulnerable situation. He explained the legal process, my options, and not once, did he pressure me. The other attorney's, I spoke with seemed more concerned about injecting fear, urgency, and even making me feel less of a person, with the only goal being to obtain my credit card number! Dave represented me on my first DWI case. He won my case for better result for me. He is very knowledgeable of how the law works, on the top of things, very cool, friendly, understanding, reasonable, and over all a great gentleman. With his skill in high diction and connotation he was able to make a deal with prosecutors suggesting that I instead had to do interlock for two years. This allowed me to continue my career and manage my business.
