Heather was very helpful through my entire divorce process. She explained things to me that I didn't understand and walked me through all the processes. She was very thorough in all her work and made sure I was protected. She worked very hard to get me the right custody of my kids and made sure I was happy with all the results before we ever agreed to anything. Heather represented me last year during my divorce. It was a great experience - she was above-and-beyond clear in her communication which helped immensely as we navigated the process. Our hearing was in April, during one of the first couple of weeks that Dakota County had adapted to virtual hearings and Heather was incredibly flexible and clear leading up to and during the hearing (which actually took place over the phone). Lyndsay was great in handling my recent divorce modification. In what could have proved to be a long and difficult ordeal, she reviewed the facts, gave me good direction as to what my best options would look like, and the case was able to be brought to conclusion without the need for mediation. I worked with Lyndsay on a post-nuptial agreement and five years later she assisted us with our divorce. She has my highest recommendation due to her knowledge, savviness, responsiveness and most of all her caring nature. She helped make a very tough situation go as smooth as it could.

I contacted them to set up a consultation to see if they could help me with my divorce . I was then called back the same day and told that they would not even have a consultation with me because there was a conflict. I asked what the conflict was and they said they couldn’t tell me. I asked if it was because I was a stay at home parent with no income and was told that they couldn’t tell me only that there was a conflict. How is there a conflict before we even have a consultation. They will not even take a look at you If you need help but don’t have the big bucks! You would get a zero rating if that was an option.

Heather was terrific. She was very attentive with my custody case. She thoroughly explained any matters I was confused about and was patient with my questions making an uncomfortable and emotional situation easier. I was amazed at her quick response time as well.

Lyndsay Howard was very efficient to work with. We were able to get right down to exactly what type of document we needed and get it completed without a lot of expensive back and forth. I was very pleased.

She completely misrepresented me; I am now reviewing the documents. She was enabled to do so via racists projections, the consequences of which we see in the current political climate. And she enabled the mother of my child to keep information from me, and keep information from my child about me. She was my lawyer... though, if you're white, she probably won't do the same to you... so there's that, I guess.

She is attentive, knowledgeable and honest. She made the whole ordeal of child custody as smooth as she could. She was in it to make sure my son and I were comfortable and happy. She worked for the results and made sure I was satisfied before buckling down anything. She also would address anything that made uncomfortable or was not to the agreement we had made. She fought for us. If you want the best Lyndsay is the lawyer you want!
