Todd and team were good about keeping us in the loop, even when they weren't getting responses from the other party. We contacted this law firm about a dealership that was refusing to perform a repair covered under warranty. They instructed us to do a bunch of initial legwork, like taking the vehicle to an independent mechanic to verify the issue, had us reading through the warranty and giving them information. Then they completely stopped responding to us, with no explanation. Unprofessional, a complete waste of time, and rude.

Everything went very smoothly with my lawsuit. Communication was relatively quick and direct. Price seemed high for the work done but I cant say it would have been priced different elsewhere. Would recommend.
