Gadtke Law Firm is very helpful. Everyone is very helpful and is looking out for the best interest of their clients. Todd and Dawna both worked very hard to get the end result that we were looking for. The communication was outstanding and very professional, which made the entire process much easier.

I had purchased a service contract from a major car company on a used car I bought. When the car needed major repairs that should have been covered under the service contract, they denied the claim 3 times each for a different reason. Even the service manager at the dealership couldn't understand why they wouldn't pay. They delayed and denied for 6 months while I was unable to use my car, each time finding another reason that wasn't valid to not pay. So I contacted Todd Gadtke, he was very knowledgeable, and professional. We filed suit against this company and within a few months had a settlement that covered the all repairs and legal fees. He was very familiar with the warranty companies policies of delay and deny in hopes that you will just go away and pay for it yourself. Don't fall into that trap, Call Todd Gadtke now and get the coverage you paid for when you bought the contract.

After finding myself in a predicament that I never thought I would have to go through, I contacted Gadtke Law Firm to discuss a possible lemon law case. I first met with Todd, he explained the law and informed me what my rights were. I didn’t feel any pressure to hire his firm to take my case. Dan was the one that ended up taking the case. Dan knows the law very well. He looks out for his client’s best interest as well. I think it’s a rare occasion that a lemon laws case goes extremely smooth, mine certainly was not one of those cases. Having Dan and his knowledge on my side gave me piece of mind that things would work out in the end for me.

They shepherded me through a painful and adversarial divorce, and helped me maintain my financial security.
