Kain and Scott was a great team to work with! they took on all the work and made the experience fairly painless! i would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with these issues!

I have to say that Kain and Scott they are the most caring people and make you feel like you're at home when you go to their office .They're all Pleasant and would definitely recommend Kain and Scott to other people who need to get their life back on track as far as getting out of debt. I thank you again West Scott and I want to thank all your staff that made me feel so welcome when I came to the office.

The decision to find help was difficult. The best thing we did was to call LifeBack Law. We received a call back from Col who asked questions to get some background on our situation. She answered questions and talked through the differences about Chapter 7 vs chapter 13 and provided resources to read up on each. We were given a list of items to bring with us to a signing meeting where we worked with Timothy Tonga. Tim gathered more in-depth information from us and helped determine which route was the best choice in our situation. He filed a week later. After that we received emails from Julie about next steps, a copy of the petition and she provided another contact Sheryl who would help us gather any other information that was missing before the 341 meeting. So far the process has gone very smoothly. At no time has any of our contacts at LifeBack Law made us feel ashamed (we do enough of that ourselves) of our decision. Their purpose is to provide the best outcome for our situation with compassion for what we are going through. It will be a struggle over the next few years, but we’ll make it work. I wish we would have contacted them before we sold off some of our possessions to pay bills. A huge thank you to all for the help and guidance.
