Going through a bankruptcy is never a fun ordeal. My wife and i had worked with another attorney who did not have our best interests in mind. With this we turned our attention to finding another attorney. After our research everything pointed us towards Kain & Scott. After our initial meeting we felt a huge weight being lifted off of our shoulders. The entire process was so simple and we were made to feel like we were their only client. Finances were great, until I took a hit in hours and realized there was no way I could keep up with bills while having anything to eat with. It was a hard decision to file bankruptcy and looking over it all, it all seemed like so much that I realized I had to contact the professionals. My team (Danielle, Ashley, Breanna, Jane, and Caroline) was absolutely amazing! They guided me through every step and they were all there if I had any questions or concerns about anything. I even had a representative with me during my meeting of creditors, which really made me feel comfortable with it. I can't thank them enough for what they have done for me.
