I don’t know if Katherine is “too cool” to speak with a client. but I was never able to speak with her. They don’t respond unless you call or send them a email, even after that they only send you a letter in the mail right away Informing you with updates on your case.
So if I would have next been calling daily or emailing you would have never mentioned my case was denied ?
They don’t maintain you in the loop. Bad experience.

I started my journey to change a parenting time agreement over a year ago. Normally I would say that, that is unacceptable but after having an attorney that is no longer with this firm (thank god) I got Jonathan Engel and I have to say he was utterly amazing. He dealt with my frustrations that weren’t even his fault to begin with Kindness and urgency. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions. He was an absolute God send and I would use this firm again solely because of him.
