What a great team of lawyers abd staff.

This rating is directed squarely at Justin M. Alderman who is employed by Dudley & Smith. Horrible representation from this "family" law lawyer.

Joe Dudley is simply one of the best in the business.

Called to seek advice and the attorney would not even allow me to tell him what the issue I was having. He talked over me and then when I started to speak he would cut me off and not allow me to finish my sentence. He then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. What a pathetic firm. Would highly suggest taking money elsewhere. He clearly is better then the rest of us. Would not even give 1 start but forced to. Customer service and respect goes a long way

Stressful,tedious system made manageable

My sons and myself were rear ended in a auto accident on 94. We all sustained some injuries from it and needed physical therapy. The driver of the car that rear ended had no insurance. So, our Uninsured Motorist (UM) insurance was SUPPOSED to cover us. Within 6 months after the accident, my insurance company (Farmers) demanded that we all have an IME (Independent Medical Exam) with their doctor (aka hired gun) After the IME, Farmers denied paying for treatment for all of us. Shortly after this, and extensively interviews with 6 select law firms, I chose Katherine. Months after she took our cases, we all had to go to Arbitration Hearings for medical claims. She won all 3! In the end, she provided us with descent offers from our insurance company and we settled out on all of them!

I worked with Katherine Brown – Holmen on my personal injury case. She met me at the site of the injury to investigate and ask me relevant questions and take the necessary photos, and she and her staff kept in contact and informed me of the process throughout. She went the extra mile to go back and renegotiate when the original offer was insufficient and was successful In getting a better deal. Katherine made it convenient for me when I was not able to get her office during business hours. She was skilled and responsive and honest, and I would be happy to work with her again if needed.
