I got arrested for DWI, Clayton was strongly recommended to me. If you get arrested for a DWI You want the best attorney you can get, this would be Clayton. I found out with DWI laws you are guilty until proven innocent. I blew .087 and never had a DWI. I was never hand cuffed and my car was not towed, yet they filled 4 charges against me. Clayton got three of the charges dismissed and a Stay of adjudication for the DWI. Clayton is a very knowledgeable lawyer with years of experience. Clayton is the lawyer you want on side if you have to go to court. I know this would not have turned out the way it did with out having Clayton as my attorney.

Clayton Tyler should prosecute himself for poor representation!! He's the most untrustworthy attorney. I was 18 years old when I was being prosecuted - he advised me that it was in my best interest to plead guilty to a GROSS MISDEAMENOR, without defending me at all, saying that it would hardly affect my future. I was barely an adult and did not understand how this would affect me for the rest of my life. It is now 8 years later, and I'm losing jobs, apartments, etc. because of my background. He does not care about his clients. He barely communicated with me throughout the process, and he was a bit too friendly with the prosecuting attorney. Hiring him is one of my biggest regrets. He never once fought for me or my future.
