Outstanding firm. Highly recommend.

From the original consultation/interview I had an immediate feeling of compassion for my situation, but also steadfast legal advice on how to proceed. Kendal brought experienced resources to the table to assist with the financial forensics and arbitration as well as always offering the steady voice of reason when things escalated. She and her assistant were always accessible, responsive, thorough, and had the innate ability to know when to dig in and when to be more diplomatic. I am pleased I hired Kendal, and would not have had the outcome I did without her expert guidance. Unwinding 30-years is never easy but I was able to endure it knowing Kendal was in my corner.

I was referred to Kendal by a close family member. I couldn’t ask for a better advocate to be on my side during a divorce with children. I have 4 children, and she cares about them and how they will be affected by my divorce. Kendal is always responsive. She is efficient, respectful, determined, and excellent as a family attorney. I have heard horror stories about divorce yet Kendal has made the process as smooth and painless as possible. I respect her, trust her, and most of all I know she’s there for me when I need her. I have never agreed with anyone’s advice during my divorce, but Kendal somehow makes me feel at ease and knows exactly what to do. I have major anxiety and somehow she makes me feel at ease when something terrible happens. There is never a time when she doesn’t know how to handle a difficult situation. I can’t thank her enough. She is incredible at what she does, and it’s clear that this is her true calling. Thank you Kendal. Before filing for divorce, I interviewed at least a dozen attorneys. I felt frustrated that no attorney seemed to fit what I was looking for: I wanted smart, compassionate, patient, and a fierce, non-judgemental advocate. As soon as I met with Kendal, I knew she was exactly who I needed to represent me in what was sure to be an incredibly long and devastating divorce process. Kendal was a true advocate for me in every way. She was firm yet kind, professional yet personal, incredibly thorough yet expeditious, creative, and smart as a whip. Kendal was the associate attorney for my divorce. While I worked with her less than the partner at her firm, my experience was positive, and I would highly recommend her to others. I primarily worked with Kendal on affidavit preparation. Kendal gave me great feedback, and I could tell that she was carefully reading everything I had prepared. One of the affidavits was over 50 pages long, due the contentious nature of my divorce, so this was no small task. I appreciated that she had taken the time to learn the details of my case, and her feedback made my affidavits clearer and more effective. Kendal was quick to respond to emails, and when the partner attorney was unavailable, I had complete confidence in working with her. She was very knowledgeable and highly professional, and I valued her advice. In addition to working with me on affidavits, I know that Kendal did significant work behind-the-scenes. I have no doubt that Kendal’s work was key to the positive outcome in my divorce. In short, I have only good things to say about Kendal, and I would highly recommend her.

I first retained Kendal a few years ago to help cleanup some issues in my original divorce decree. She’s representing me again with a new issue that arose from joint custody. My situation with my ex is fraught with strife, with my young children caught in the middle. Only legal constraints have gained any tangible results. I’ve been represented by three different lawyers in the 5 years since my divorce started. I've also worked with a slew of professionals - mediators, evaluators, a parenting consultant, parenting coaches, and more therapists than I care to count - with little success. Kendal is far and away the most reliable and trustworthy professional of the group. I’m incredibly impressed with, and grateful for, Kendal's representation. She communicates clearly, efficiently, and empathetically, while providing quality advice. She takes great care and effort to make sure I understand my options and I feel confident about my decisions. Kendal is always on time, and catches and rectifies the important details my prior lawyers missed. She gives honest answers, and focuses on solutions that gain results. My only regret is that I didn't find Kendal sooner. I am certain I would have had better outcomes from the start if I had.

Utilized Kendal for a Family Law Case Involving 3rd Party Custody. Kendal was Professional but related to our needs & wants. Was upfront and transparent about cost. She helped us understand the process. Was prompt in returning Emails and Phone Call. Kendal ensured proper time for reviews on documents and ensured case deadlines were met. I did not have any issues/miscommunications with Kendal. Kendal is a professional and ensures her clients needs are heard and accurately represented.

I cannot recommend Kendal highly enough. Kendal handled complex personal, business and real estate issues with confidence, integrity, and compassion. Ultimately, I ended up with a settlement better than I ever imagined. I had always heard horror stories of over-billing from lawyers. Not once, was that my experience. In fact, Kendal routinely advised me on the best ways to keep costs low. I hate to see anyone in this situation, but if you are- she is a rare find.

Attorney Elliot Olsen was wonderful. He patiently answered all my questions about Legionnaires' Disease, I was thoroughly impressed. I would recommend anybody to Elliot.

Kendal has been a wonderful asset to an ongoing custody and child support issue. She goes above and beyond and always responds to me in a timely manner. I've had two attorneys for this custody issue prior to hiring Kendal that have not been able to help me and my son like Kendal has. She's understanding, compassionate, and calm. Kendal O'Keefe represented me in my child support case. I had a consultation with her before I retained her services. She offered clear advice and straight forward solutions in a timely manner.
