Mr. Reichwald provided excellent legal help with my elderly parents. He helped to created their living wills, medical directives as well as power of attorneys for myself and my siblings. We had an issue which most likely would not have been resolved with franchisor directly. However, thanks to Mr. Ginsburg and his team the situation was resolved in a timely, professional manner outside of courtroom. If you are looking for an attorney in a franchise industry, Garner, Ginsburg, & Johnsen, P.A. should be your first choice!

If you would like to know more please contact me and I would be very happy to help your case. We are still waiting for the hard copy of our documentation to be returned. Even the Minnesota bar doesn't seem to have any control over getting this "attorney" to return our file to us.
