I hired Matthew back in August 2019 to work on my husband's spousal visa. We were living in Ireland so we connected with him by phone. He seemed very professional at first when he was onboarding us. Then, as I gathered all of our documents and had questions he began to not reply to emails. I would have to follow up 3 or more times to get him to answer. He would take over 2 weeks to respond to urgent questions regarding my case. I finally scheduled a phone call with him through his online booking system. He failed to show up 2x. He said he was sick or in a car accident. I finally told him I was unhappy with his service and uncomfortable with him handling my sensitive information. He refused to give me a refund even though he failed to uphold his agreed upon service outlined in our contract. I felt neglected as a customer. He eventually stopped responding to any form of communication and did not want to resolve the matter so I had to escalate my case to the Minnesota bar.

Will always be a pleasure working with Elliot! Easy to reach and talk to. Kept me in the loop through out are business. Went above and beyond to help me best understanding the process on his end and doing the work to understand my business. I received better service then I could have asked for. Looking forward to working with Elliot again in the future!
