From our first meeting to explain the process till the green card preparation and the eventual interview, Caroline and her staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They provided immediate feedback to our questions which helped make the process very fast for us. They paid close attention to each and every requirement that needed to be fulfilled and the documents that we needed to submit way ahead of time. Our case was so well handled that even during COVID-19, we hardly experienced any delays.
