If I could give every professional I have had the privilege to work with at Cooper Law the review they have earned those stars would light up the night sky. From the very painful beginning when I first reached out for assistance with my disability claim, from the ones who answered my panicked calls with gentle reassurance and kindness, to the legal assistant who took on my fearfully long intake assessment, to Adam Spees who prepped me over and over until I was sure I understood enough of this process to feel I could own my place and time spent in front of the honorable judge. He represented me with compassion and respect, providing only truth and valid reasoning for why we were presenting my case to the court. It is apparent that Emily Cooper, with whom I was lucky to have worked directly with, and Adam have chosen their career paths with intention to merge with those in desperate need of guidance in order to live a future with integrity and a quality of life that is deserved. Doesn't help with much at all, haven't spoken to everyone but I can imagine how others are based on who they have on the phone calling people or writing people not so friendly, warming, helpful, opinionated caring or anything I had to disconnect quick wasn't the friendliest and don't offer much for service or even tell you what services are offered it was Check oit time for..

Honestly they have been working on my S/O case for 3 months now and they haven't helped us with paperwork at all and have I have been doing everything without guidance. They stated that they should be helping us and are scheduling inappropriately yet it's not rectified. If I call to ask questions on his behalf I am usually greeted by extremely rude people.I am authorized Representative on his cade. They send him packets and I fill them out and they claim they never receive them. 3 months in and all I've done is fill out the SSI application by myself which they were supposed to do with us but due to their negligence and disorganization of their schedule didn't. They scheduled an appointment to do this after the deadline for the paperwork was to be done. They didn't call me for an appointment which was a 4 hour window. Their system was down and neglected to tell their clients they wouldn't be calling that day. So I wasted 4 hours waiting for a call that would never come and then when I called because they hadn't called in the window time they got irritated with me. They are a hot mess and completely disorganized. I am looking into alternative legal services for my S/O.

I would highly recommend Cooper Law, LLC for anyone looking for representation in a divorce or family law proceeding. I worked with Tim Groshens and his understanding of both the law and the reality of the situation, (and understanding those things would never align) really helped me get through the ordeal. The sliding fee scale was also helpful due to financial limitations.

They don't help with filing social security for children, but they were very polite!

Thank you to Cooper Law for working through the SSDI process with our family. We appreciated them keeping us on track to identify the right information needed for our application. They were able to answer our many questions we had to determine where to go for assistance.
