Mark is excellent! When I first came across mark he was the first one to pop up on google. I put in my info and he contacted me almost immediately. He is friendly, knowledgeable and will do anything to make sure he gives you the best outcome of whatever you may need. He makes the process really easy and I would definitely use him again (I hope I don’t have to though). 10/10 I’ll always recommend Mark!

Mark is a class act. I typically don’t like attorneys, but he was an absolute pleasure to work with. We hired him to review a few franchise documents of a new restaurant concept & he did a superb job. I would highly recommend him.

I was told by multiple other lawyers it wasn’t possible and when I spoke with mark he reassured me that it was possible and we would make it happen! I hired Ballard Spahr in December 2022 to draft loan agreement documents for my newly established cannabis company. During my introductory call I asked for the billing rates of the individuals that would be assigned to my engagement. I was provided separate rates for the attorney, junior attorney, and paralegal. Upon completion of the engagement, I was invoiced a bill with respective rates for the three team members that were 23%, 59%, and 26% greater than what was quoted to me over the phone. After calling out the discrepancy, I was told “our rates were increased at the beginning of the year. I think I mentioned that on one of our initial calls, but I didn’t have the exact number, and in any event, I do apologize for the lack of communication subsequently.” I took meticulous notes during the initial call with the firm, and I am certain that they did not mention any forth coming rate increases. In fact, our engagement letter, signed in 2023, reflected one of the rates discussed on my initial call with Ballard Spahr. However, the engagement letter only showed the rate for the attorney and not the junior attorney and paralegal. I am writing the review because the firm’s bait-and-switch tactic was unprofessional and shifty.

There are many excellent reviews here and they are all absolutely true. Dyan quite literally helped me achieve something I thought was impossible. Before I found Dyan, I was told by every attorney that it would be impossible for me to ever return to the United States. If miracles existed, this is it. I found Dyan to be very strategic in her approach, supporting every decision with facts and evidence. This gave me confidence and brought the very best out of me and more. I cannot thank you enough. Every human needs to feel this level of happiness at least once in their life time.

Unfortunately I became more stressed using this attorney due to the fact that he wanted me to follow his direction and settle without a fight.$30,000 later I decided to hire another attorney . This time one who was recommended . My new attorney has changed the direction 180* Always find recommendations when searching for professionals especially attorneys .I almost lost my business .!
