I was having issue gaining an ESTA entry into the US and needed some guidance on obtaining a visa. After an arduous 4yr process for all involved, my husband and children were granted their visas. Our particular case involved an extra step requiring waivers which is why it was lengthy. There was a hiccup with filing a specific lot of paperwork as well as Covid related closures which caused timeline delays somewhat but thrilled nevertheless with the approvals. The team was able to get us expedited processing which I learnt was relatively rare. I have to say, Brooke (a paralegal with the firm) who handled a lot of our case in the final steps had excellent communication skills. Brooke was prompt, professional, thorough & efficient.
