Theres not much to say that hasn't already been said - Coley is the type of guy you want on your side. He knows the system, knows the people, and has the confidence and experience to get things done. Couldn't have asked for better representation.

I hired Coley for representation following a DUI. Immediately after hiring Coley he had recommendations to follow preceding the initial court appearance. Because of these steps and his vast knowledge he was able to get me a more than favorable outcome. Coley was immediately responsive, easy to get a hold of, easy to talk to (wins the most points in my book) and never did it seem like he had any doubt in his mind the route that we were going to take. I would recommend him to anyone.

Coley truly is one of a kind. He knows the system in and out and is incredibly easy and enjoyable to talk to. Not only did he promptly return my calls/emails/texts while the case was active, he continues to do so several years after the the case was closed. He is the exact type of person you want on your side, for whatever you might be going through. He always knew every other lawyer in the room, he knew the judges, and he knew exactly their arguments would be and how to best respond. To say he was always prepared would be a huge understatement. With him, there are no smoke and mirrors, he'll give you the what, the why, and the how in every situation and will take as much time as needed to ensure you fully understand the process. I am fully confident that he struck the absolute best deal possible in my situation. It is abundantly clear that he takes pride in what he does, your victories are his victories and he makes your problems his problems.

Let me be clear, I don't normally leave reviews for anything or anyone but for Coley, I'll make an exception. It was clear from day one that he would use everything at his disposal to make your life easier. He is well respected in the legal community, he knows which judges favorable and which should be avoided, and above all else, he makes sure you never feel like your alone in your fight. Be it phone calls, emails, or texts, he always promptly responded to any questions or concerns I had. I don't just mean up until your court date either, I mean literal YEARS after the fact. Personality wise, he is just an immensely pleasant human being. Outside the courtroom, talking with him is like talking with an old friend, cracking jokes and telling stories. Inside the courtroom, he's a hardened professional, ready to tackle whatever is thrown your way. All that is well and good, but the proof is in the pudding, and in my case, he worked out a deal that got one of my charges completely dropped, and the other greatly reduced in severity. Not to mention a 3rd unrelated charge that he took on, at no additional cost despite the initial paperwork having already signed, and eventual got dropped. All I can say is, if you debating between him and a public defender, do your future self a favor and call up Coley. If you debating between him and another attorney, well, you'll be hard-pressed to find anyone who is willing to go the lengths that this man is to fight for your cause. And I guarantee you won't find anyone else who will still pick up the phone years down the line and chat as if you just saw him yesterday.

It Normally takes a lot of thought for me to Not Recommend a Service ,This group needs to be Called Out! I have worked as a Professional Recruiter for Legal Departments , Physicians and Engineer’s this has to be one of the most Unethical Law Firms I’ve ever Encountered! They tried to Intimidate there opponents in order to win in an Unlawful court hearing ! Note :I’d say they are ignorant to True Law Practices they are certainly Untrustworthy and I get Kinda of sick when I look back on the Events . I was a witness in a Court case and from the start of the hearing ,I saw Pictures of myself up on their computer Screen that were owned by a Copy Writer-and photographer ,much to my shock after The Law Firm had been previously served a Cease and desist. I approached the waiting area by the Stand and there in front of me was My Own Personal Facebook accounts & Business Etc - my Life was being exploited for Absolutely No Reason- I wasn’t on trial and there were no crimes committed , The Lawyers were Extremely Unprofessional- making jokes out of the situation right in front for everyone to see and hear -They were talking about me with there client that they were representing, as I sat behind them they had no concern for my Privacy as they were attempting to intimidate me before I went to the stand ! Pathetic practice this should be of concern to anyone especially if you count on privacy! Along with going against Privacy Policy for A Witness and Bystander! If you trust this group to be Fair Good Luck ! They have An Arrogant approach to Winning and no care or concern to listen to the Truth ,they actually lied in court and tried to cover it , Changing the topic as soon as possible ! At the guidance of the Better Business Bureau I am also reporting them to their employer, which is the Office of lawyers professional responsibility!!! I give them a Zero on Unprofessionalism and Trust

I've worked with Hillary B. Parsons to defend me on 3 separate cases. There are so many reasons why I believe she is one of the best lawyers out there in Minnesota, by far. I'd give here a 6 out of 5 stars if I could (at least). And this is why: Overall, I literally could not be happier with the results (AKA end charges) I obtained for each of these 3, independent cases. Each case I attended court for, they all ended up resolved with such little consequence (vs. what 'I expected' could have certainly been faced with, without her [AKA a nightmare of a sentences]). She has incredible devotion to her clients and will work super hard to represent/help you the best she can both in court and outside of court. She is fantastic about answering questions/concerns, explaining what is happening, and just in general, super puts your mind at ease. She's incredibly experienced and competent in what she practices.. she is phenomenal at getting a great resolution for her clients, no matter what the case. She knows county prosecutors throughout the state (and metro area) and has really good relationships with them (which means in the end, you're going to get a way better sentence deal for your case). She also is super helpful in terms of the best move to make given your charge situation. Yes, it may be a bit more pricey than competing lawyers but trust me, it's worth investing your money and confidence in her!! I'd always go back to her if I were ever were charged with anything else.

Hillary and the firm were extremely professional, made me feel as if I was their only client. Over the top attorney, went above and beyond. I actually check in once in a while To thank her and let her know how well I’m doing!
