Chris Jozwiak was quick to return my call simply to see if I had a case, and provided me with a free consult that ended with a detailed action plan for me to follow. I am very pleased with how the consult went and all the information he provided.

I can't speak for the rest of the team, as I was unfortunately represented by Frances Baillon & Joni Thome. This was the worst experience with legal representation I've ever seen, or heard of. There was a complete lack of professionalism, compassion, and communication. Joni Thome will not accept constructive criticism, and is full of excuses. She acts as a bully to her clients when disagreements take place, or frustration is expressed with their slow as molasses response. Passive aggressive behavior seems to be the only approach in her toolbox, and if you question anything, she will tell you that you can pay their fees, and go elsewhere. Frances Baillon was not very vocal, or involved. Joni Thome seems to run the show, and Frances Baillon serves as her lapdog. Do your research, and look elsewhere. There are legal professionals out there that want to help, and do their best to ensure that justice is served. I will chalk this up as a learning experience.

I have used them for numerous items and every single time they go above and beyond. So personable, and truly care. On quick example, I recently had an issue with an airline who due to COVID canceled my flight. I was unable to get any sort of reimbursement from the airline, instead they were going to give me a credit for future travel. It was a $423 flight! I called my law firm and the attorney was able to write a letter on my behalf. Within 2 weeks I received full reimbursement from the airline for my flight cost. I was so happy and grateful to have WFJ on my side! Thank you so much!

I called Baillon Thome and immediately was able to talk with a real person. Within 90 seconds, they were able to track down one of the lawyers for me to speak with. I was able to spend a good amount of time presenting all the details of my situation. Unfortunately I found out the difference between wrongful termination and unlawful termination, and that companies in Minnesota can make up untrue claims, and the law is completely behind them. I am very appreciative of the time I was given, and the closure it provided to me. This firm treats it's clients/prospective clients with a high level of respect, and I would recommend them to anybody that may be a victim of an employer [and I trust I will never need to procure their services in the future :-) ]

Acquired their services through prepaid legal thought I was getting more representation but after reviewing the fine print they are really only available to answer questions and or draft a paperwork for free or as included in my package with prepaid legal they only offer a discount if I want real legal representation not really impressed by the customer service as they were always trying to rush me off the phone
