Do not waste your money I received bad Advice .

i have all the faith in the world in my attorneys and they will win my case against medtronic because they care about me and what medtronic has done to me with the sycromed 2,thank you all for not giving up on us all who have been through so much pain and suffering all these years all because medtronic wasnt honest with me, theres really no amount of money that could let me walk and live a life i had before medtronics used car salesman dr. fooled me with a dvd,god bless us all and i pray for justice and justice is a scary thing now a days

I am writing this specific review regarding a phone consultation I was afforded by one of this firm's lawyers (which I can unfortunately not remember his name at the moment). I was questioning if my rights had been violated by my employer. My case is complicated by many factors, of which I will not go into here. The lawyer I spoke to did a very comprehensive review of the situation, asking me important questions and thoroughly explaining everything I needed to know about the law as it pertains to my case. I was so impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and attitude. I had just talked to another lawyer about a half hour prior to our phone call, and the difference between their legal acumen and professionalism was night and day. I have not been represented by this firm yet, but I definitely will choose their services if and when I need them. There is a reason why their partners have been named "SuperLawyers," and I fully believe their legal fees would be well worth it.

Joni was as Jim Croce would say "meaner than a junk-yard dog" fighting for me/case; yet, at the same time she has a "golden retriever" down-to-earth style with her clients! I'm grateful for her compassion and determination for the truth/law. Joni understands it is not easy for an employee to stand up for themselves after being beaten down and threaten by horrific/illegal treatment by a big employer! Joni is encouraging, inspiring and has a fun sense of humor which really helped me especially during the difficult times of my case. For example, she even convinced me to face the boss-from hell at his deposition which I'm so glad I did --as I got to see first hand what makes Joni a SUPER Lawyer! (It also was frosting on the cake to see the former boss from hell squirm under her intense questioning!) She has a fabulous staff too--from the office and legal assistants to the other partners/attorneys who were ready and able to fill in when Joni was busy-- Joni is an exceptional, compassionate and talented attorney!
