Evan is the “Better Call Saul” of biz lawyers! Haha. Jokes aside, Evan is an amazing attorney. He was unbelievably thorough with what we thought would be an easy business deal, and was more concerned about protecting us over carelessly racking up hours. His rates were very fair, and I am very satisfied with all the language and content of the APA he prepared and associated documents. We had the pleasure of meeting him for lunch since we conducted this deal remotely and it was truly great to meet him. We look toward to working with Evan again on our next deal.

I'm a disabled vet and the VA recommend I go for Social Security Disability as well. I hired the Hoglund group and they did NOTHING. They did none of the legwork, phone calls, collecting documents, etc. They wouldn't return phone calls and made ME call Social Security, when Social Security did not call back for over 4 months, I engage my representative, Got a call back within days. Hoglund took credit for my work saying, " I knew our phone call would work. Long story short; I did the work and they will STILL be walking away with 50% of my arrearage that is owed me. Good stuff, right? Money for nothing.
