Evan constantly exceeded my expectations. He met me where I was on cost, but he didn't cut corners; he did this simply out of his care for me as a client and his desire to achieve quality results. He cared more than any lawyer I have ever had about the matter we dealt with. He was candid with me, and provided substantiated and well-researched arguments that gave me clarity and conviction regarding the matter. The matter moved in a different direction, and Evan selflessly referred me to a law firm more suited to handle my needs, and he didn't take a commission. I couldn't recommend Evan more, his basic retainer fee is worth significantly more than the dollar price attached to it.

I recently had a contract dispute with a local contractor. After months of no movement on the part of the contractor, I engaged Evan to help resolve this. After collecting pertinent facts he was able to explain to the contractor my desire to cancel the contract, and justify to them why they should cancel all obligations and refund my deposit.
