I'm currently waiting on the decision from my disability hearing. Hoglund has been making this long process as easy as possible for me. They keep me updated and are very thourough in their work. In particular, my attorney, Andrew was phenominal during the hearing and specifically during cross examination. I couldn't imagine having to go through this process without all the help from Hoglund Law.

Thank you, Evan Berman, for your expertise. I reached out today about a real estate situation and I feel that I received solid advice that minimizes my risk and this is what anyone would want when they speak to an attorney. I call tell just by talking to him on the phone that Evan knows what he's talking about, and I will be reaching out if I have any further issues for sure. This is the attorney you want representing you.

I am unsure what having a lawyer does for the SSDI/SSI application process. Outside of being represented by a lawyer at the hearing paralegals with very nasty attitudes are the ones that I have communicated with 90% of the time. It's crazy so I was approved this time after being denied 4 other times. I finally get the approval and the Quality Control department, who reviews approvals and denials (supposedly) at random (allegedly), a number around 1% of claims. The stats are that even if quality reviews your claim that they rarely reverse the decision and if they do the claims examiner will then review and resubmit. Well that obviously wasn't done and my attorney for the claim is obviously unimpressed or concerned with the fact that I received and approval and then a denial. So again, what good is the attorney if they aren't fighting for you (me, because your experience may be different) when it matters? I mean even the claims examiner and the agents leading up to the her were all in shock and awe about this denial you'd thought that this was an Olympic gold medal decision given to nthe wrong team when clearly there a perfect 10 only to have the Olympic officials overturn the score and award a team who's score was half of that. One thing I know: The teams attorney(s) would have found a way for them team to get back what they were awarded. At least some type of legalese to give a good explanation on why there was an approval and a denial and now everyone is mum? Geez. We work our lives. Our lives make us sick and we are unable to even have the same system that taxes us and makes us pay to live, eat and die on a planet that belongs to NONE OF US, to make it so hard for people to draw on monies that were earned rightfully when we become unable to work. But there is still going to be Uncle Sam that demands repayment, state offices that will require payment of whatever fine have been sitting there or were clearly found and let's not forget the lawyers fee for not communicating anything because they "get the same information" that I do. WTFE...
