I was trying to become a new client and left a voice mail for the so called attorney Micheal. He called me back, I answered the phone and asked him if I left a voice mail for him because I was contacting different immigration lawyers. So he said yes I left a message for him, and I apologized to him. However, tight there and then he started getting agitated, inpatient, rude and aggressive and told me "you know what(with my name mentioned) I will pass on this one" He then hanged up the phone on me, in the middle of me trying to explain what my case is about. That is very disturbing and not a way to run a business. You should treat all clients or those who aren't even a client with respect. We are all human and no one should be discarded that rudely. I wouldn't recommend anyone to be a client oh him because trust me he has no patience nor respect and sympathy for people in need.

Alan is very professional, kind and knowledgeable. He helped me and my family obtain H1b, EADs and eventually permanent residence. He’ll instruct you well and support you up to interviews with USCIS. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts. Highly recommended.
