I am a public high school math teacher in Minnesota. This year, I filed H-1b petition through the school district and the petition was approved in October. I was in the process of changing employer so my case was very complicated and timely manner. However, Mr. Alan Goldfarb was able to solve every sophisticated situation including unexpected circumstance with his professional expertise and excellent insight for immigrant law interpretation. Especially, he is very straight forward, precise, and fast when it comes to preparing relevant documentation and filing the petition. With his great help and guidance, I was able to make it to the H-1b status this year. I trust him in every respect and expect him to help me next time when I need to process H-1b extension or whatever it is with my visa issue. I have no doubt that he is the best attorney ever. I sincerely want to recommend you to process visa issue with him. I am sure that this is the best way you can get right visa status to stay in USA with legal status.

I do not recommend this firm. One of the lawyers that represented my wife was super rude to my wife and treated her with disrespect. The experience was so bad that my wife went home crying the first time we met with this said lawyer. Michael Davis and Megan Galasso are excellent lawyers. Their firm was the 3rd that I hired to help with an immigration case and they were the only ones that admitted when they didn't know something, and then cared enough to find out accurate answers. Mr. Goldfarb represented me in my immigration case. My experiences with previous immigration lawyers have been frustrating for the most part (with some exceptions) - I've come away from those experiences feeling like these attorneys have more important cases than mine. My experience with Mr. Goldfarb has been a markedly different one. The key positives are that he is proactive with your case, keeps you informed about proceedings before you have to ask him and has no problems spending time with you to answer your questions and concerns. He is also very reasonable with pricing and does not nickel and dime you. I've also found that he takes a practical approach when he talks to you - in an industry where it's easy to to just throw the book at you, he has been open to discussing different options and approaches and think about problems from the client's side. I will go back to him for my immigration needs in a heart beat.

Alan is very patient in answering all the questions you would have during a permanent residency process, we also had him renew my H1-B visa several times under special cases. Although mine was randomly selected for audit, Alan provided sound advice on how to handle it and handled it well. Although Alan is hired by my company I always felt that he is working for my best interest too. Alan is always approachable and would take time to listen your concerns and address it. Like the title suggest Alan is Polite, Dependable and Trustworthy!

Attorney Alan Goldfarb worked on Permanent Residency case and di an amazing job. From the beginning to the end. Always quick to respond emails and phone calls and kept me informed the whole time. If it wasn't for him I would have lost my petition because he found a discrepancy on my documents and thank to him and his team I was able to fix it. He is very thorough. I had applied for EB1 green card. Alan put in lot of effort and submitted such a through I-140application that it got approved without any RFEs. Just for comparison, other's who filed EB1 (B) s from India during this time period invariably had RFEs (USCIS policy). Alan is very prompt and responsive. He followed up with USCIS and got responses from them (which is typically hard to do).
