I had never retained an attorney before, so I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. My husband and I met with Eric Nelson and we discussed my workman's comp denial. He asked me questions, and I asked mine. I knew right away I was doing the right thing. He was honest with me and put my mind at ease. He resolved my case inside of a year! He had my bills paid, and I received a considerable amount in the settlement. It was such a relief that he was taking care of everything. After the way I was treated by my company and workman's comp it made me feel so good that he honestly believed I was treated unfairly. I'm so happy I had him on my side. Eric from Fay and Associates came on strong said he would fight for me. 4 days ago he emailed me and said he will be closing my case. Said it was unwinnable. This was a week before the hearing with a judge. Said he would send me my file. I haven't seen my file as of yet shouldn't take this long. Tried to find another but it's to close to the hearing to get prepared. They are known as the Great White Sharks...now I have no one in my corner. Yes...I'm very unhappy.
