I came to Fay & Associates after several recommendations from other lawyers that I respect and trust. Michael Fay started my case but had an untimely accident himself and Eric Nelson took over for him. My case was very complex involving an uninsured driver hitting me as a pedestrian. My big name Insurer wasn’t wanting to settle and dragging the process out. At mediation they offered a number that was about 10% of the max and and the mediator highly recommended taking it, for good reason. I asked Eric if he thought he could win in a trial and he said “Yes”! So we went to trial and won quite a bit closer to the max than their prior offer was. Eric knew my case, prepared me exceptionally well and delivered an unbelievable performance representing me. I would suggest this firm and especially Eric to anyone. You will get their undivided attention and hopefully results as good as mine!

I wish I could give Michael Fay -10 star rating for how he doesnt work for his client it's all about him getting paid and not the client he's not a good lawyer at all doesn't look out for the client took money out my pocket to line his taking years on a case that should have been settled in a few months I'm a real client and these other post are lies he paid for these ratings
