I reached out to Fay and Associates back in March of 2020 for a hand injury (dog bite) that occurred while working delivering amazon packages. Right away they were very responsive, friendly and professional. The office had Eric, one of their associates, reach out to me within a couple hours of my initial call where we spoke about the incident. I immediately felt like I was not in the wrong and felt more comfortable with the situation that I was in. He explained to me what we could do and that I had a valid case. He took all the information he needed and went right to work. There was no charge or fee until the case was settled which was big for me as I didn’t have the funds to be able to afford it. He looked at every aspect of the situation in a positive, legal manner. Let me tell you, this man has definitely taken his law studies seriously. If you have a claim of any sort and are thinking about reaching out to Fay and Associates, I wouldn’t think twice about it because they take good care of you. I would Recommend them to anyone.
