We truly cannot express our gratitude enough to Eric Palmer and his team @ Meshbesher & Spence for all of the assistance they have provided us this past year as we dealt with my mother's pedestrian vs. car accident right after Thanksgiving 2023. Eric was there from the very beginning (referred to us by our estate attorney) as my mother spent 30 days in the hospital recovering from her extensive injuries. Eric was beyond professional, communicative, patient and caring as he guided us through the incredibly complicated process of dealing with insurance companies and medical bills. I truly do not know how anyone is able to navigate through all of the red tape when going through the trauma of an accident without receiving the help of someone like Eric. My mom was able to close her case right after Christmas 2023 to her satisfaction with a nice settlement that will help give her piece of mind as she continues to recover and look forward to the next chapter of her life. I hired Pam Spaulding and she did not make me feel like a valued client. I told her my situation and she took on my case and I heard nothing from her for a month and a couple days. I speak to my chiropractor and other ppl that have been through my situation and they told me that I should be getting compensation from the insurance company for the time I’m out of work and tons of information that Pam did not disclose. So finally I called Pam and asked her why wasn’t she keeping me up to date with my case and telling me the things I need to know, and she was very unapologetic, dry and condescending. Giving very much so racist energy. I’m like why would you take the case if you didn’t care to do right by me? So yeah it’s a big No for me. I understand everyone on staff might not be that way but I didn’t care for my experience. Soon as I hired another lawyer I immediately seen results.
