They laid out all our options and took every action needed to negotiate and secure a complete and satisfactory settlement for us. We contacted Mark Streed following a bicycle & vehicle crash where significant injuries occurred. At our first meeting, Mark was most reassuring that we had turned our situation over to a caring and competent legal team. Mark, along with Elaine and Dede handled all of the contact with the insurance companies, the medical people (who were also great) and law enforcement. Mark was able to arrange almost immediate compensation to cover medical bills and bicycle repairs and then went to work on obtaining settlements for pain and suffering. Elaine had a spread sheet set up listing all of our medical bills and what still needed reimbursement. When we got a bill or a receipt or a statement, we copied it over to Elaine and and it was taken care of. The entire legal process went so much smoother than we could have hoped for.
