They're experts! I was referred to the Gerald A. Miller firm and was facing a Gross Misdemeanor with up to 1 year in jail and/or up to a $3,000 fine. It was reduced to a misdemeanor and a $300 fine. They gave me great personal attention, advocacy and saved me a lot of time, grief and money. Do not hesitate if you want the best!

Having had the privilege of Mr. Gerald Miller as my attorney was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I was charged with DUI and Careless driving. As we've made our way through the process, Gerry has been very personable, knowledgeable, professional and helped me understand all angles of a situation I never thought I'd be in -and certainly didn't know anything about. He was able to get the DUI charge dropped, which has completely changed my life in regards to what I thought was something along the lines of impending doom in this situation. Gerald Miller law has been as good as advertised. I got myself in DWI trouble on a vacation in Brainerd. It was my second in ten years and I blew a .18 which is considered double therefore they seized my new truck which I had only made one payment. Gerald drove back and forth from mpls. to Brainerd to handle 3 charges: state, criminal and forfeit of vehicle. I got truck back and the minimum of sentencing. Gerald also helped me with personal things that came up like towing vehicle, intoxilizers, classes etc. I highly recommend you use this firm if you get into any trouble! Jim Greenwood

Your mistake should not be the end of you nor become your lifetime torment. Jerry is the man to save you from that. When i said Angel he literally was an angel that was watching over me across states. I am a Nebraska resident that decided to go to Minnesota and celebrate my cousin graduation back in October 2016. This trip was suppose to be short and sweet (just for a day) taking into the purpose of my trip. Unfortunately all it took was that one day of celebration to turn into my worst nightmare. I got pulled over for speeding the morning (4am) of the day i was suppose to head back to Nebraska. Not knowing exactly what to do in such a situation, i panicked for a second and just decided to be honest with the officer and do as he said. That wasn't enough for the officer to take me to police station and cite me with a DWI. When i left the jail that morning i remember crying on the phone while talking to my brother realizing all the trouble this situation would cause me. I Had a recent promotion at my job that i was going to loose and be potentially terminated, my insurance will be going up, getting another job could get harder, my record would have been messed up as a modest citizen, the shame i would have to face in front of my family and much more that would have followed. I found Jerry on the internet and at that time i was still shopping for lawyers while taking advise from friends and family. The first day i talked to Jerry, i explained my situation to him and the way he detailed everything to me made feel really good about the man. I live out of state and had an issue that needed resolved quickly. Mr Miller came highly recommended and he and his firm did not disappoint. He was extremely professional, straight forward, had a great knowledge of the system, and how to work with all officials. I have never written a review on any professional but I happy to recommend Mr. Miller.

What can I say about this man, as a client not one time Gerald made me feel like I was just his client. I felt more like his friends or his family even though I've never seen him in person. If you want a lawyer that will go to work for you just like he would for himself or any of his relatives pick Gerald Miller. He understood my situation and what I needed to achieve. I could potentially keep my job with what this great individual did for me. My misdemeanor DWI was dropped to a speeding ticket. Thank you Jerry!
