Gerald Miller and Robert Foley have helped me immensely. They reduced a 30 day Jail sentence to a 12 day home electronic Monitoring. They have been their throughout my whole process, answering questions and giving me advice. With out them, I would have been in deep trouble. I stumbled on the Jerry's number in the phone book while being booked in jail for my 1st DWI. The call was brief and an attorney at Jerry's explained what I should do. I was eventually released at around 4:00 AM and at 8:00 AM, I got a call from Jerry. He was on the phone with me for about an hour explained everything and then met with me the next day for another 2-2.5 hour session going through all the details. Now this is BEFORE I paid a dime!!
