I won't disparage other firms by name, but we talked to two other firms (who are very prominent in Google searches) who were (in my opinion) not very professional, and slow to respond to our questions. Bankruptcy sucks as it is, and as Sweet Brown so eloquently said on Youtube "Ain't nobody got time for that." I decided to Google Chapter 7 and 13 attorney's by "Best Rated" and found Kain and Scott. We have not been disappointed!! Every interaction has been friendly, professional, and very responsive! Every question was answered thoroughly (sometimes more than once, when I asked again to make sure I understood). We have worked with Margaret Henehan, and every interaction with the Legal Assistants (Sonja, Isaac, Liz, etc)has been informative, professional, and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend not going into bankruptcy in the first place, but if you need to, know that Kain & Scott will help you every step of the way, and not judge you.

I will admit. I was beyond scared. My financial life was just in ruins. I have crushing medical and personal debt and to top it all off, my new job had started garnishment. I would recommend Kain & Scott, PA for anyone that is going through bankruptcy. Our experience was nothing short of superior. Most bankruptcy lawyers also are lawyers for other things. Kain and Scott, PA only due bankruptcy so they are up-to-date on laws of filing bankruptcy. They made us feel very comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. They completed all the paperwork; I just needed to provide some information. They were there for us every step of the process. The cost to file bankruptcy was close to $500 less than another law firm that we originally was going to file bankruptcy with. If you need to file bankruptcy, please give Kain and Scott, PA a chance. You will not be disappointed.
