I was very nervous when it came to filing bankruptcy and I had no Idea where to start or which company to choose. I read the reviews online with Kain & Scott and was very impressed. So I reached out to them, and I have to say working them to file bankruptcy has been a cake walk!! I have to start off with saying they have the best and most polite staff you will meet. I love it when I am looking on their website they always have someone available to chat with me. I hate to make phone calls, so it’s a really nice perk. Then if the staff decides I need to talk with my lawyer, he calls me right away. And ALWAYS has the right answer and can help me. When I went out to there office in St. Cloud, it was so warm, inviting, and very relaxing. Filing Bankruptcy was one of the easiest processes I have gone threw in my life, which I thought would have been difficult. But Kain & Scott made it so easy. All I needed to do was provided them with the needed information and they took of the rest, It was AMAZING. The whole process look less them 3 months and I had my life back. I would have never imaged it would have been that easy, I can't believe I was silly enough to wait 7 years to do it. The second I contacted Kain & Scott the phone calls and letters stopped from the debit collectors and now I can actually enjoy my life again with my family, and not have to worry about all the financial stress. Also I am not one to ever right a review, but with how wonderful Kain & Scott are I just have to let other people know. I would most definitely recommend them to my family, friends, or a colleague who is looking at filing bankruptcy

I was initially hesitate and embarrassed to even consider filing for bankrupty. After meeting with Kelsey for my consultation I knew we would be well taken care of. We are still in the process of everything and Kelsey is so knowledgeable it's very reassuring. Also, Brittany Milless was awesome. Very organized, and listened to any questions, comments or concerns we had and she made sure to find out the answer even if she was unsure. Thanks Kain & Scott!!!

I will be updating this review as things progress. Update! Its been about 9 months since i filed and it was great. It was super simple, super quick(for me anyways) Im well on my way to recovering.
