Very professional staff, courteous. They make sure to adapt to your individual needs and help you understand the process. Would highly recommend them to others in need of similar services. Stephanie has been amazing to work with. This is a difficult decision for any person or family to make so having someone understand your fears and be able to calm you down is a plus.

Everyone we spoke with in the St Cloud office treated me and my wife with the upmost respect. They understood what we were going through and never once made us to feel like deadbeats or like we were being looked down on because of our situation. They treated us as they would have us treat them. They made our intake process very easy answered any and all questions we had. Even after initial visit they continue to answer questions as needed. I would recommend them to anyone needing their type of service. Wesley Scott make you feel right at home, he is a blue jean and untucked shirt kind of a guy.

I wouldn't wish bankruptcy on anybody. Although, if you do have financial difficulties, Kain & Scott do a fabulous job. They are kind and caring, walk you through the process. From the very first day when I called them on the phone, they have been so extraordinarily nice. I hope that I can remember all the people that I have dealt with so far during this process. I believe it was Wesley that I spoke to first. His reassurance on the phone made me feel like everything was going to be okay. I talked, emailed or texted Kelsey with many questions along the way and, again, I felt reassured that it was going to work out. Last week, I met with Brittany and Jesse. I couldn't have been more pleased. I believe that there was also Stephanie who emailed information to me. With their help, I am getting my life back on track. This firm is the best.

I've had a great experience here at Kain & Scott. I was dreading the process of a bankruptcy but after meeting with William Kain, being talked thru my options, and then was reassured I was doing the right thing I'm grateful I went thru their law firm. Staff is very friendly and the price was manageable.
