Kain and Scott try belive in standing behind their no judgment mission statement. The day off my Husbands consultation their hospitality was 5 star all the way, from the comfortable waiting room fully stocked with beverages, a warm greeting of hello with my Husbands name on it, and a comfortable massage chair for him to relax in while we watched the greeting, and what to expect video. Next we met with Ms Samantha who went over all of the needed paperwork, forms to be signed, and the what to expect, she made sure we understood everything, thanks Sam😊. Next we met Mr Scott AWESOME PERSONALITY, felt like we should have been hanging at a BBQ having drinks vs talking about bankruptcy 😁. Look bottom line I can go on all day talking about these awesome peeps, but I would just advise if your needing to file bankruptcy Kain and Scott are the firm you should go with.

I don’t often write reviews, but in this case, I must. The staff at Kain & Scott are incredible, but I feel I must mention one in particular, who went above and beyond. Mrs. Rockenbach (Megan) was such a genuine, warm hearted and caring woman. She was welcoming and made everything such a wonderful experience. And all honesty, without her I don’t know if I would’ve had the courage to go through the process. Thank you Megan, for not only how you made me feel that day, but for your gentle, kind and warm nature.

Megan in the St Cloud office couldn’t be friendlier or more professional. She turns a difficult and stressful situation, into a positive and relaxing process. I have been very satisfied with the level of professionalism, knowledge and comfort that I’ve experienced here with Jesse and Brittany. My papers were a complete mess. They did not balk and just took care of it! We just filed today so I will continue to review through the entire process but they did incredibly well at the front end so I feel comfortable and confident in my decision. I’m writing this review because I benefitted and made my decision to go to Kain & Scott based on reviews from their older and current clients.

I just want you to know how KIND and non judgemental your staff have been fto me. This was such a HUGE decision and a painful one. And this is quite frankly EMBARASSING! There are alot of reasons why I have to do this. Identity theft, divorce, medical bills and more. I am not a person who just opens credit cards and then sits home eating bon bons, happy to not pay my bills. I work very hard and these bills are so overwhelming. The first person I want to recognize is the person who spoke with me my very 1st call to you. Don't know her name. She was welcoming and kind and reassuring ( and she is just the receptionist?? Wow!) Then I spoke with my attorney, Maria, also very reassuring and she called me back the first day! Another wow! When I came to the office I was treated as a professional not someone who feels their life is falling apart. I was shown to a comfy room and offered some refreshments. 3rd wow! Then I met with Brittany Milless, 4 th wow!, She was business like and professional. She was thorough and quick to make sense of my piles of papers and documents. Brittany is someone I feel I can reach out to with questions, etc. Very nice woman. Lastly, a Stephani has been emailing me as I gather more documentation. She is very sweet. She even encloses a smiley face in her emails. This is calming for some reason. Please know that I had to file in 2009 for another bunch of long reasons. It was HORRIBLE! The judge made me turn over my wedding ring in the hearing room as it was an "asset" and my husband had to bring in an old lawnmower to the courthouse as it was also an asset. Our attny slept thru the entire meeting while the judge shamed us for putting ourselves in this position! Like I said, alot of reasons and the main one is we were blessed with 3 disabled children and all, ALL of their medical bills!!!! Please know that without your kind team at Kain & Scott, I would still be crying alot and not sleeping. I am only at the beginning of this scary process, but so far, I have started to see a light at the end of the tunnel. Please continue to support and encourage your fine staff at Kain & Scott in the way they are working. They all deserve raises and bonuses. This isn't over yet and I am still nervous, but now I feel like I have some hope. Thank you for that. Regards,

My wife and I needed help and Kain & Scott were there. We worked mainly with Wes, but there was a lot of other people in their office that helped us. Too many to name. They were very friendly and very helpful. They understood everything that we were going through. I would recommend Kain & Scott to anybody that needs to file bankruptcy. They are down-to-earth and they don't judge. They put you at ease about the entire process walk you through everything you need to do with creditors. I hope that we are never in this position again but if we fall into this position we will be contacting Kain & Scott immediately.
