I made a mistake hiring Martine Law. Ths words to describe my case was "not complicated". Xavier's words. Xavier pushed me to another attorney which was a disaster. Eventually all came to a head when my case was completely forgotten by Xavier. I termed this firm and it's attorney's in the middle of our proceedings. In the end, I spent a significant amount of money for very little. Steer clear is my advice.

My wife and i worked with Satveer after our marriage to file for the Green Card. Satveer was referred by a close friend who is a well respected judge in my city and we therefore had very high expectations of him. Satveer went above and beyond and made the Green Card process very smooth. I have worked with several other attorneys while filing for my H1B and responding to RFPs in the past and the Green Card process was the smoothest by far and a lot of credit for that goes to Satveer. I am Indian & my wife is American. Satveer took the time to explain the process, time lines and minute details with both me and my wife. On our consultative call, he paid careful attention to my wife's body language and made sure that we were bringing her along in the process and answering all of her question. Satveer exhibited a great deal of self-awareness, understanding and empathy through these actions and these values were very important for us while selecting the right lawyer. Once we signed the retainer with Satveer, he sent us a very detailed list of documents to compile and forms to fill out. The list was so extensive and detailed that we had to dedicate several weekends to compile them. We have no regrets in doing so! The extensive up-front work we put in, enabled Satveer to build and submit a solid case on our behalf. We submitted our application on 1st April 2021 and had our interview 25th April 2021. Our case was so well put together that our interview only lasted about 5 minutes. In conclusion, if you're in a situation like what me and my wife were in and if you're looking for an attorney who is responsive, very well informed, is understanding, is persistent and works with the greatest degree of integrity, I highly recommend working with Satveer. No pun intended but the "bar" set by Satveer has set very high expectations for us when it comes to picking and working with attorney in the future for issues other than immigration.
