This is my second review of Chris because a year after achieving what seemed like the impossible of sentencing outcomes, he not only counseled me whenever I needed throughout the last year to the best of his ability (shows his true loyalty to his clients) but we were just able to get another great outcome: an early dismissal of the charges that were pending from and stayed sentence. I've worked with other attorneys who came highly rated but had inflated costs and never followed up once the case was over. That is NOT Chris. Chris cares about his clients. He is an excellent criminal attorney and I would highly recommend him to everyone who is considering doing so.

Last year I unfortunately received my first DWI. I had no priors and no idea how to handle this. Wyatt Arneson is a one of a kind person. Someone that truly cares about people. Being a former prosecutor and turning to defense tells you he really wants to help people. This also gives him an edge to see both sides. He also keeps his prices more than fair. The reason why I initially chose him was his honesty about why he charges what he does. Most DWI cases are straight forward and usually have the same outcomes. He sets proper expectations that usually turn out for the better. Which makes a person's heart soar when it comes out better than expected. The beginning of my process was pre COVID shut downs, but then went into the thick of it. Court dates pushed back and uncertainty of the sentencing was nerve racking at first. But Wyatt was always there to put me at ease and reassure me that everything was going to be alright. He was always prompt to reply to me whenever I had a question. This is something he nor anyone has dealt with or experienced. Wyatt handled everything with such grace and professionalism.
