Philip Ruce did a great job with our estate plan. He made a complicated subject seem less daunting. We would choose him again in a heartbeat.

Recently my husband and I worked with Philip Ruse to create trust funds for our estate, and we were delighted to find that this daunting task was made so easy under his guidance. Phil is so personable and explains the process and options in simple to understand terms. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient, so we needed much less time and no stress at all in completing these documents. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Phil and highly recommend him to all of our family, friends, and associates.

We used Philip Ruce to get our Will completed and trusts for our children. He was great to work with, made sure we always understood each step of the process and was quick to respond and answer all of our questions in a way we could easily understand. It is something we've put off because it wasn't something we really wanted to think about... us dying. We have two children with disabilities and now after going through this process we can quickly look back and realize how scary it would have of been if something happened to both of us and we didn't have our estate planned for. We would have of left a mess for our children, not what they'd need after losing their parents. It was truly a painless process and we will be recommending Philip to all of our friends and family. We are happy we finally took this important step for our young adult children.

Rory helped us amend our trust. He explained what we could legally change and made the appropriate changes where indicated. he was timely in sending us drafts of his work so that we could prove the changes before finalizing the document

Rory handled our family trust after the death of our father. Under his guidance, the process was efficient and moved forward smoothly. I never felt he was adding complexity. Simple questions were answered directly by email, his staff was well-coordinated so it was easy to get documents signed and delivered. He streamlined and facilitated an inherently unpleasant process.
