Quick response, helpful insight, and always shows that they care about issues we come across as a business. I feel I was taken advantage of. Was charged thousands of dollars so two lawyers could play email tag. At $100 for an email this added up fast and didn’t get results! I’d never hire this firm ever again and would caution others!

Mr. Burns made a huge mistake in my case by stating I could move forward with a foreclosure action when I could not. He then withheld this critical information for 60 days. I filed a complaint with the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility. Unresponsive and incompetent.

I had a very complicated parenting time modification case that took a lot of time, attention, and detail. I was told up front that I would have a good chance at getting my order changed but there's never a guarantee. My attorney Jean Paul was patient with me and showed compassion for my son's situation. Patrick Burns helped with my case as well and treated me the same. I am so thankful to have had such a great team on my side. I would trust any attorney with my case at Burns and Hansen.
