Not a good law firm. Really dropped the ball on one of the cases that I witnessed. Not happy with how they handled the case. I recommend going back to law school. (Eric and Doug).

Worth every dollar

Hands down the best experience in a bad situation. Dave Risk was my attorney for all 6 of my dwis from the age of 17-25. Always put my needs first, Walked me through every step of what was to be expected. Honest man and always made sure I understood what was going on. Very personable, professional. Makes you feel safe while going through the legal system. He actually cares about you, takes the time to get to know you.This man will go the extra mile for you, I know because he did it for me. Now I can only speak on my experience with Dave Risk as far as personal level, but I would trust anyone at that law firm with any legal advise because of my experience with Dave. If I ever have another legal problem, I know where to go, you can’t beat this representation. Thank you Dave and all his associates for all of the hard work you guys put in, it doesn’t go unnoticed!

David Risk was exactly what you want in an attorney... professional, factual and understanding. If you ever find yourself or your family in need of an attorney, I would turn to David. Marsh Halberg is simply the best and represented me very well in my case, leading to the best possible outcome in my situation. John came highly recommended by my uncle, and I can see why. I was charged with 1st degree sale of cocaine and was facing 5.5years in prison after a half kilo of white powder was seized from my apartment. I maintained that the substance seized was not cocaine, despite the initial NIC test showing positive for cocaine. John's work on my case contributed to my bond amount being reduced from $1MM to $0 with a handful of conditions. After a little over a month in limbo while the prosecution dragged their heels, John successfully moved the court to have the substance tested more thoroughly and this resulted in the truth coming to light. John's work on my case resulted in being allowed to plead to 4th degree sale, and I was ultimately sentenced to time served plus probation. Even after sentencing, John and his team have continued to work towards restoring me to where I was before this ordeal took place. My bank accounts have been unfrozen (after 7 months of John's persistent pestering the prosecution -- thanks John!). John and his office staff are professional, knowledgable, and were helpful in frankly spelling out my options throughout the legal process. His representation provided a measure of peace during a tremendously stressful time. I'm very thankful to have benefited from his services.
