Beware of this law firm billing rate!!!! The free initial consultation was represented well with the most experienced attorney but after retainers is retained, you are working with Attoney with few years experience only. When ask for summary of billing charged, they charge 30min for each text message, email, and phone calls. Even charge for the Initial consultation for both attorneys time. I Requested for summary of phone call conversation and email note summary, they can’t provide it! For the little three Weeks of service, nothing was done on my case beside few phone calls, couple emails and text message cost over $5000! Do your research before hire someone! They claim to be the top attorney according to their firm but it only about money! They are NOT there to help you!

John answered his phone every time I called him until I paid him his retainer, he even answered on Sunday once and spoke to me for 45 minutes. However, after I paid him I was lucky to get through at all and usually only spoke to him immediately before court sessions. In 2013, I spent $5,000 and a year going through the process with John Leunig, and what did it get me? Absolutely zilch. John was no benefit to my case at all, because after a year of him defending me in court, I ended up with the same exact deal that the prosecutor offered on day 1. I would have been better off accepting the original offer and not having an attorney at all. In addition to John Leunig not improving my case in any way, I was not able to reach him at all following sentencing, not even to answer a simple question about some technicality of my sentencing. After giving him $5,000 with no benefit at all, I could simply not get a minute of his time. Beware, John will use his 'Minnesota Bar Association' certification to sell you on his services, because apparently only something like 1% of lawyers have it, but I'm not convinced that it means anything at all. I would look somewhere else. Attorneys are not moral creatures by nature, but there are certainly better choices.
