I interviewed several lawyers before deciding to go with Fields Law Firm but from everything I gathered they were the best in the business with a very fair pricing model. Very attentive, focused, experienced, and compassionate which I find is very important when you're already dealing with such stressful life changes that stem from developing a disabiling condition. For most hopefully that time never comes but if it does you expect to at least have financial security bc you've planned ahead and done the responsible thing in buying disability insurance only to find out the vultures at your insurance provider will do anything they can to increase their profits no matter how unethical. It's an incredibly stressful situation but when you have an expert team like Fields looking after your interests they help take most of the burden brought on by the greedy insurers which leaves you time to deal with the most important issue, your health. The Fields law team were very well versed in the law and thorough in their execution of my appeal. They put together all the missing pieces in my file so that when presented to my insurance company the choice was clear and they approved my appeal on the first try. Their fee was more than fair but expect additional expenses related to the cost of obtaining records, possible medical evaluations, and other costs associated with the process. It added up to a significant amount of extra cost but in the long run it was well worth it and I'm thankful they left nothing to chance and ensured that my file was bullet proof with all the necessary documents of all the suffering I live with daily. I wish that no one had to go through the process of fighting your insurance company just to get what you're owed under your policy but if you do I would highly recommend that you employ Fields law firm to get you through it so that you can focus on adjusting to your new normal. Zach Schmoll represented me on a disability case. He was pleasant to work with, thorough at communicating issues that were complex and ready to hear and respond to my questions and concerns. He did not sugar coat things or misrepresent timelines. While it was a lengthy process, I appreciate all of his work handing this to a successful conclusion for me.
