Well I don’t know why I can’t seem to get responses back in a “respectful client compassionate way” from Aliya the paralegal for Annie Surbaugh. I send email after email without responses by email back or phone calls. Then my last email 11/18/2022 to Annie Surbaugh comes back that she is out of the office until 11/28/2022. Now I must wait 10 days more for a response back because apparently Aliya Larson(paralegal) is out too?? Seriously a law firm can close for 10 days no warning to clients by email who are waiting for responses? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I will be happy when I am done with this firm!

They are a very professional organization. They handled my mortgage false reporting of delinquencies in order to charge late fees. Fields Law Firm put a stop to it, sued the mortgage company and the credit reporting agencies. They each settled and were forced to pay. They keep current with communication and documents. Highly recommend them and I hope it doesn't happen again, but I will use them again if I feel taken advantage of. AAA rating.

Professional and reliable!

Anyone who has been through the torment of filing an SSI disability claim knows the endless frustration and aggravation of jumping through government hoops to prove that you're disabled, while simultaneously suffering the effects of said disability, often without income and/or needed medical treatment. The team at FIELDS LAW FIRM made this process much easier to navigate, brought it to a successful conclusion, and always let me know that I wasn't alone in this process. Special kudos to CATHERINE MULLER, whose dogged determination helped hasten this positive outcome. I was passed around between lawyers, they never took the time to understand the details of my case and then gave up and sent me a letter (typed incorrectly) stating they had no idea how to resolve the case. I definitely would not recommend them!
