I am very pleased with Fields Law Firm. They went out of their way with my case. The communications from the very beginning were fantastic, from the interviewing to see if they could help and then finding the right lawyer and paralegal to work on my case. Then to when the verdict came in about my decision and what was expected of me and them each step of the way! I would definitely recommend Fields Law to all! Thanks guys!

So first I was struck down by a disability. The VA came through so did SSDI (first time I may add). My job had a benefit of long-Term Disability (LTD) which I paid into. Well after about a year without warning without a voice without outside oversight the insurance company declined my LTD. I went looking for lawyers here in NY, they want 20K up front for the appeal then 331/3 of any payment if we needed to go to trial. They came really close to guaranteeing a win in my favor at the same time telling me we could also loose. To me that’s like talking out of two side of one mouth…I kept looking. When I found Fields Law Firm it was a breath of fresh air. First, they listened and looked at my situation then they were honest and let me know the process which included loosing on appeal and then fighting for settlement. They also told me I could request all info to go via Fields, so I did not have to interact with the insurance company. The insurance company was a great source of negative emotion for me I was suicidal believing I was worth more dead than alive. By the way that idea is a false statement even without the death benefit I am worth more to my family alive.. However, I digress, Fields made the bad man the insurance company) go away from me. Fields Law Firm protected me from the boogieman. Being ex-military, my job/rating motto was so that others may live. My role in the civilian world was as a RN front line in nursing homes during a killer pandemic. I got hurt helping others, the military helped me, the federal government helped me, the insurance company …the F**ked me. Fields Law Firm saved me. From listening and hearing me, being honest with me, not trying to rob me and best of all having my back and going to battle for me…I cannot recommend them enough. Yes, in the end (so far) the insurance company has in their kindness decided to reinstate my LTD with back pay. Maybe kindness maybe Fields Law Firm. As for me my experience is that without Fields Law Firm they insurance company had no kindness for me…With great thanks to Fields Law Firm me and my family are better off.

I called Fields Law Firm because my LTD decided I was no longer qualified for disability. I knew this was wrong because they switched me to a different company. They just didn't want to pay me what I was due. Sure enough Fields Law Firm won my case and I was awarded back pay and my monthly payments begin again. Thank God for such a great Law Firm. Thank you for all you did in helping me. I have my life back.
